Position Summary

In this essential role within the Omni Fulfillment Experience team at Walmart, you will lead initiatives focused on delivering post-transaction fulfillment propositions that enhance customer retention, revenue growth, and profitability in our eCommerce business. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and develop new propositions that add value for our customers. This high-visibility position requires comfort with ambiguity, a proactive approach to defining team direction, and a hands-on attitude towards execution.

About the Role

We seek a customer-obsessed leader skilled in navigating change and ambiguity, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making. Your role involves leading customer experience and self-service initiatives, aiming to minimize customer effort and promote an empowering experience. You will manage roadmaps, partner with Product and Technology teams, and advocate for continuous customer experience enhancement and defect elimination through strategic roadmaps and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Identification and Prioritization: Spearheaded improvements, conduct competitive assessments, develop business cases, and establish objectives and KPIs.
  • Benefit Quantification: Analyze financial and operational metrics to create compelling cases for change.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Craft and manage roadmaps for self-service capabilities across the order lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with key partners to champion experience improvements and promote standardization.
  • Results and Accountability: Define business objectives, measure progress, and drive projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business or product operations & strategy, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Deep analytical skills and a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving Walmart's customer experience.
  • Experience in eCommerce or Retail, particularly in operations or customer experience roles, is a plus.
