Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Shape and execute strategy for Global Transformation efforts across the Payments Organization.
- Facilitate the adoption of Objective / Key Results (OKRs) in line with Payments-wide priorities.
- Drive standardization of the Investment Governance Operating Model.
- Conduct Milestone and Execution/Delivery Tracking to improve portfolio quality.
- Establish a change management framework to support business and operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payments, Investment Banking, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and mobilize internal resources effectively.
