JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our industry-leading investment banking team focused on Healthcare Services. This role involves developing strong client relationships, working across various banking products, and leading deals and transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact and lead banker on deals.
- Coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers and refine marketing/execution materials.
- Oversee the creation of financial projection models and manage all risks in deals.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions and lead client negotiations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in investment banking, especially in a front office role.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage projects independently, and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks in investment banking.
