Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Program Management Specialist, you will spearhead projects to scale our end-to-end GPU value chain. This role involves developing business acumen in cloud supply chain management, applying lean methodologies to streamline processes, and presenting findings to senior leaders. Your work will entail defining strategy, working cross-functionally, managing project artifacts, conducting analyses, documenting requirements, executing communication plans, and ensuring the operationalization of improvements.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, focusing on the GPU value chain.
- Design and implement strategies for business process optimization.
- Conduct analyses to identify risks, and opportunities, and derive value.
- Document requirements for technical system improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Manage risk and ensure program success through detailed tracking.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or related areas.
Preferred:
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain management.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to synthesize information.
- Lean methodology certifications (e.g., Yellow, Green, or Black Belt).
